Did I Marry The Right Person?
This is a very good article. Those who are still single may learn something from here...
Those who are already married or in a commitment may take it as a guideline to improve your marriage & relationship ...
DID I MARRY THE RIGHT PERSON?
During one of our seminars, a woman asked a common question. She said, "How do I know if I married the right person?"
I noticed that there was a large man sitting next to her so I said, "It depends. Is that your husband?"
In all seriousness, she answered "How do you know?"
Let me answer this question because the chances are good that it's weighing on your mind.
Here's the answer.
EVERY relationship has a cycle. In the beginning, you fell in love with your spouse/partner. You anticipated their call, wanted their touch, and liked their idiosyncrasies (unconventional behavior/habit) .
Falling in love with your spouse wasn't hard. In fact, it was a completely natural and spontaneous experience.
You didn't have to DO anything. That's why it's called "falling" in love... Because it's happening TO YOU.
People in love sometimes say, "I was swept off my feet." Think about the imagery of that expression. It implies that you were just standing there; doing nothing, and then something came along and happened TO YOU.
Falling in love is easy. It's a passive and spontaneous experience. But after a few years of marriage, the euphoria (excitement) of love fades. It's the natural cycle of EVERY relationship. Slowly but surely, phone calls become a bother (if they come at all), touch is not always welcome (when it happens), and your spouse's idiosyncrasies, instead of being cute, drive you nuts.
The symptoms of this stage vary with every relationship, but if you think about your marriage, you will notice a dramatic difference between the initial stage when you were in love and a much duller or even angry subsequent stage.
At this point, you and/or your spouse might start asking, "Did I marry the right person?"
And as you and your spouse reflect on the euphoria of the love you once had, you may begin to desire that experience with someone else.
This is when marriages or relationships breakdown. People blame their spouse/partner for their unhappiness and look outside their marriage/relationship for fulfillment.
Extramarital fulfillment comes in all shapes and sizes. Infidelity is the most obvious.
But sometimes people turn to work, a hobby, excessive TV, or abusive substances.
But the answer to this dilemma does NOT lie outside your marriage. It lies within it.
I'm not saying that you couldn't fall in love with someone else.
You could.
And TEMPORARILY you'd feel better. But you'd be in the same situation a few years later. Because (listen carefully to this):
THE KEY TO SUCCEEDING IN MARRIAGE/RELATIONSHIP IS NOT FINDING THE RIGHT PERSON; IT'S LEARNING TO LOVE THE PERSON YOU FOUND.
SUSTAINING love is not a passive or spontaneous experience. It'll NEVER just happen to you. You can't "find" LASTING love. You have to "make" it day in and day out. That's why we have the expression "the labor of love." Because it takes time, effort, and energy. And most importantly, it takes WISDOM. You have to know WHAT TO DO to make your marriage/relationship work. Sure true love can only happen after you've fallen out of love. When you begin choosing to love, even if you don't feel like doing it ---- that's true love. And that's the foundation of a lasting and strong marriage.
Make no mistake about it. Love is NOT a mystery. There are specific things you can do (with or without your spouse) to succeed with your marriage.
Just as there are physical laws of the universe (such as gravity), there are also laws for relationships.
Just as the right diet and exercise program makes you physically stronger, certain habits in your relationship WILL make your marriage stronger.
It's a direct cause and effect. If you know and apply the laws, the results are predictable. .. you can "make"love.
Love is indeed a "decision".. . Not just a feeling. You'll not just go away with your relationship just because the feeling is gone. In the Bible, love is a command. You make it happen.
Remember this always:
"God determines who walks into your life. It is up to you to decide who you let walk away, who you let stay, and who you refuse to let go."
"Marriage is more than saying I Do. Marriage, like a precious plant, needs constant tending for it to grow, flourish, and bear fruit to last a lifetime, and beyond."

Desktop Computer Cases
Different Cases for Different Jobs
Computer cases are broken down into several general types, or form factors. These are meant for different situations, or to hold particular types of motherboards.
- Mid-tower: This is the most common type of computer case, and stands about two feet tall, and can hold most motherboards and the typical number of hard dives, media drives, and expansion cards for a typical desktop system without undue crowding. (High-powered graphics cards can cause problems.)
- Full tower: This is effectively just a larger, taller version of the mid-tower, about 2 1/2 feet tall, with more room for drives and extended ATX motherboards. They are typically used for independent server systems, or high-end gaming machines that need extra room for graphics cards and cooling.
- Mini-tower: A smaller (shorter) version of the mid-tower, it is best used with micro-ATX boards or smaller, and is good for lightweight systems that do not need a lot of powerful components.
- Desktop: This is much the same as a mid-tower, but is designed to lie on one side, instead of being stood up. Tower designs often stand on the floor, while desktops sit... on top of the desk.
- Slimline desktop: This a thinner (shorter) version of the desktop. It is excellent as the chassis of a workstation, but is too limited in space for a more capable machine.
- Ultra small: The ultra small form factor case is usually seen in lightweight 'barebones' systems and can be the basis of an excellent lightweight/portable desktop system, though the need to use a micro-ATX board will keep it from being very fancy.

Puray Falls: reliving healthy living.
It's been a while since I used my bike. I used to ride my bike to different places. mostly off road, terrain on mountains, and usually one trip is always a whole day event. We usually leave at around 5 or 6am, bring our lunch boxes with us some drinks. some food to cook of course and some snack. We meet-up in a designated place which is marked our starting point. some rode their bike to the meeting place some others bring their car since we have friends that came all the way from the south.
after breakfast we all rode hard and fast to our destination.
This is the most tiring part. But at least no more smoke belching vehicles, no more pollution, only us and nature.
we had to stop over at this little barangay so we can replenish ourselves with some drinks and food. This was our last stop before we go to our destination.
Some cam-whoring here and there before anything else. Who said only guys can ride the mountains? Our friend from Parañaque owns this nice seat in pink :)
then off we go to our destination. We crossed the river like 7 times to before we we're able to reach our destination.
a little more cam-whoring haha!
we reached this little village just right before our destination.
Sadly we can only bring our bikes up to this point and had to trek until we reach our destination. We left our bikes in one of the houses there and contracted someone to cook rice for us.
Bikes have been set aside as we prepare to trek.
And so we have reached our destination: Puray Falls
yeyeye! time for the good part. Swimming and lunch time!! wohoo! haha!
our menu for lunch? saraaaap!
it only took 5 mins and everything was gone.
time for swimming.
then after all the fun. we have to prepare to return home already so we can get back to the city in time before it gets dark.
We all got back to our meeting place around 5pm and I got home around 6pm.
This is what mountain biking is all about. fun and excitement despite the tiring experience.
mountain biking is really a good way to take all the stresses brought about by City life out of your system. It's also a good way to exercise. It has been the main reason why i kept my weight low despite my eating habits hahaha!
It's been a while since I last sat on my bike.
I took it out of the storage, cleaned it. pumped some air on the tires. then off i go.
I did not go to the mountains where we usually play. Instead, I went to U.P. to run some laps on their oval, if you wanna call it oval.
I need to be able to train first before playing in the mountains again, because I need to train my legs. Having cramps while you're up in the mountains can delay your trip big time.
by the way this is my rig:
