The place is located on top of a hill overlooking City of Puerto Princesa and of course Honda Bay.
It is a politician's house but unlike any other, Mitra's ranch is open to public. It is a picnic ground for locals who wants to relax and have a good view of the bay and the city. People often come there with their lovers or their family just to chill and talk.
The breath taking view of the bay and the city is really something to look forward to.
